1) Good Chemistry,
2) Communication,
3) Being Prepared,
4) Don't mess around,
5) Be able to work together,
6) Be helpful,
7) Don't play louder than the others,
8) Be respectful to your other band members,
9) Don't try and "show off",
10) Be Positive and pleasant, don't try to ruin it for everyone else.
